How to order

Having your racket restrung by Sport String couldn’t be easier. We appreciate how busy life can be and that sometimes you need a restring done immediately. So we came up with 3 different ways to have your racket restrung.

OPTION 1: DROP IN/COLLECTION

This is the quickest restring option. Drop off your racket with us at our location in Bath and we can have it ready for you the same day if you require! We are based at Excel Tennis in the Park Bath, the indoor tennis centre in Royal Victoria Park, just below the Royal Crescent. Click on OUR LOCATION for a map view. This is a very accessible central location and there is plenty of available parking outside the pavilion. The tennis reception is open every day from 9am but please CONTACT US before to check that one of our stringers is on site.

OPTION 2: DELIVERY

We also offer a delivery service where we can drive to your house/sports club and collect your racket from you and then drop it back to you when it has been restrung. This is an invaluable service if you cant get away from home. Where possible we will arrange a time and place to suit you. This service does incur a small extra charge depending how far you live from our Bath location. This is also subject to the availability of our stringers. Just CONTACT US to arrange.

OPTION 3: MAIL ORDER

You can also post a racket to us here at Sport String and we will complete the restring and post it right back to you. If you are posting a racket, please make sure it is well packaged and that you keep your postage receipt as we cannot accept any responsibility for rackets lost in the mail or received as damaged. The cost for this service is an extra £5 for Royal Mail Standard Parcels and where possible we will try to reuse the original packaging.
